Omega Seed Starter

Ingredients
To make Omega Seed Starter, you'll need:
- 100g quinoa
- 100ml water
- 300ml fresh almond milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla essence
- Splash of lemon juice
- ½ tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. omega seeds
Method
- Put the milk in a medium-sized pan with the water and quinoa.
- Then bring the pan to the boil, simmering for 15 minutes.
- Add the vanilla essence, lemon juice, coconut oil, honey, and spoon the mixture into breakfast bowls.
- Top with omega seeds and tuck in!
