Ketostix is a product that is used for ketone detection. It detects ketones from your urine and is an alternative to testing your blood.
Similar to Ascencia Diabetes Care’s Diastix , Ketostix changes colour depending on the level of ketones found in your urine. Colours range from a beige to deep purple to display level of ketones in your urine.
Good for children
They’re excellent to have on hand for a quick check, and can be good for children – saving on a finger-prick.
Packs of 50
Ketostix reagent strips for detection of ketones in urine come in packs of 50 and are available at pharmacies or online.
