So what can you do in terms of footcare?
Wash them daily in warm water. No soaking and dry them well, particularly between the toes.
Check your feet daily for sores, cuts, redness, calluses or blisters.
If you have dry skin on your feet, rub moisturiser on them after you have washed and dried them.
Ensure that you cut your toe nails at least on a weekly basis.
Make sure that you always wear slippers or shoes to protect the feet from injuries.
Ensure you always wear stockings or socks or stockings to prevent blisters.
Always wear good fitting shoes.
Before you put your shoes o, ensure that there are no sharp edges nor that could injure your feet.
