“What a life changing course this has been for me. I have the best blood sugar figures since I was first diagnosed over 10 years ago thanks to you all. In 10 weeks, my cholesterol has gone down and I’ve reduced my medication. My next goal is to completely come off the medication. I’m happy with the progress I’m making and don’t see it as a diet but a way of life.”
