The low and high range limits set in the OneTouch Verio Reflect® meter apply to all glucose test results. This includes tests taken before or after mealtimes, medications, and around any other activities that may affect blood glucose. Patients are advised to talk to their healthcare professional about the high and low limits that are right for them.

This promotion is operated by LifeScan U.K. Limited ("LifeScan") and is open to applicants resident in Ireland aged 16 years or over (or to applicants under 16 years of age, provided the application is made by a parent or guardian on their behalf) and who are on insulin therapy. The promotion is available to users of meters other than OneTouch^® meters and also to users of OneTouch meters who have had their OneTouch^® meter for 18 months or more and have not received a free OneTouch^® upgrade during the 12-month period preceding the date of their application under this promotion. This promotion is for the supply of one free OneTouch Verio Reflect^® meter to qualifying applicants but does not include the supply of any test strips required for the use of the meter provided.

LifeScan reserves the right to decline to supply a free meter to any individual who lives in an area where OneTouch Verio^® test strips are not generally available on prescription.

The closing date for applications for this promotion is 31 December 2019, however, only a limited number of OneTouch Verio Reflect^® meters have been allocated by LifeScan for supply as part of this promotion. LifeScan reserves the right at any time and without the need to give a reason to withdraw or vary this promotion and/or to specify additional or varied criteria which applicants must meet in order to receive a free OneTouch Verio Reflect^® meter.
The promotion is limited to the supply of one OneTouch Verio Reflect meter per qualifying applicant only - multiple applications by or for the same individual are not permitted and LifeScan UK Limited reserves the right to refuse to supply a free meter to any applicant who it considers has not complied with these terms and conditions or does not meet any of the qualifying criteria detailed or referred to in these terms and conditions.
