Ingredients
- Egg substitute, 1/3 cup
- 1 cup of low-fat, skimmed milk
- 1 artificial sweetener
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1 nutmeg
- 1/4 tablespoon of salt
Recipe
Break the egg into a small mixing bowl and beat lightly. Add the remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into damp custard cups and sprinkle well with nutmeg. Bake in 350 Fahrenheit oven in shallow pan of water for 40-50 minutes.
