Ingredients
- 8 oz of light cream cheese
- 2 oz low-fat cottage cheese
- ¼ cup of Lemon juice
- ¼ cup of Skim milk
- ½ Tablespoon of Basil
- ½ Tablespoon of Marjoram
- ½ Tablespoon of Oregano
- ½ Tablespoon of Thyme
- ½ Tablespoon of Garlic powder
- 1 lb of fresh crab
Recipe
- In a large bowl mix the cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Gradually blend in the lemon juice and milk.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 min or until hot. Serve.
