Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes/ 1 large tomato (about 8 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of snipped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons of finely crumbled Feta cheese

Recipe

Slice the tomatoes and lay flat on a plate. Drizzle the tomatoes with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with the cracked pepper, the snipped basil, and the Feta cheese. Divide into 4 and serve.
