Ingredients
To make Apple Salad No.1, you'll need:
  • 200 lg Red delicious apples Cored but not peeled 067 c Canned crushed pineapple Drained but juice reserved 050 c Diced celery
  • 200 tb Raisins 025 c Unsweetened coconut Optional Dressing:
  • 300 tb Low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp diet mayonnaise
  • 100 tb Pineapple juice from Reserve 013 ts Grd cinnamon

Method

  • In medium bowl combine the salad ingredients and mix
  • In small bowl combine the dressing ingredients and mix well
  • Add the dressing to the fruit mixture and blend
