Ingredients
To make Basic Bread Stuffing, you'll need:
2
1/2 cups low-sodium low-fat chicken broth
3 medium onions diced
6 cups diced whole-grain bread
1 tbsp paprika
1 egg substitute Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Method
In a skillet over medium-high heat heat 1/2 cup of the chicken broth
Add the onions and saute for 10 minutes until onions have softened
In a bowl combine the cooked onions remaining broth bread paprika egg and pepper
Mix well.
