Ingredients
To make Chicken Burgers, you'll need:
  • 100g carrots, coarsely grated
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp. skimmed milk
  • ¼ tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 400g chicken mince
  • Tomato and lettuce to garnish

Method

  • Place the carrots, onions, garlic, cumin, milk,
  • Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl and combine.
  • Add the chicken mince and mix thoroughly.
  • Shape the mixture into patties, and fry each patty for around 4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with slices of tomato and lettuce.
