Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
To make Chicken Burgers, you'll need:
- 100g carrots, coarsely grated
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. skimmed milk
- ¼ tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 400g chicken mince
- Tomato and lettuce to garnish
Method
- Place the carrots, onions, garlic, cumin, milk,
- Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl and combine.
- Add the chicken mince and mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into patties, and fry each patty for around 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with slices of tomato and lettuce.
