Chorizo and Bean Special

Ingredients
To make Chorizo and Bean Special, you'll need:
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 50g chorizo sausage
- 700ml passata
- 410g tin cannellini beans, drained
- 250g cabbage, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
- Pour the olive oil into a large frying pan and place over a medium heat.
- When the oil is hot, sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.
- Put in the garlic and chorizo and cook for a further 3 minutes, ensuring that it’s cooked through (it should look a bit brown and crispy).
- Mix in the passata, cannellini beans and cabbage.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and simmer for 4 minutes.
- The meal is now ready to serve and enjoy!
