Ingredients
To make Fresh Vegetable Soup, you'll need:
  • 400 c Vegetable or chicken stock
  • 200 Turnips; diced
  • 200 Celery stalks; sliced
  • 100 md Onion; chopped
  • 200 Parsley sprigs
  • 200 Carrots; sliced
  • 100 Bay leaf 050 ts Oregano Pepper to taste

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a large saucepan
  • Bring to a boil
  • Cover and resuce heat and simmer 20 minutes until vegetables are tender
  • Skim off any foam that accumulates
  • Remove bay leaf before serving.
