Green Salad with Chick Peas and Tomatoes

Ingredients
To make Green Salad with Chick Peas and Tomatoes, you'll need:
- 150g baby leaf spinach
- 150g watercress, minus their stalks
- 150g wild rocket
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely sliced
- 100g tinned chickpeas, drained
- 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds, slightly toasted
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
Method
- Put the spinach, watercress, rocket, and grated carrots in a large bowl and combine them.
- Mix in the halved cherry tomatoes and slices of red bell pepper.
- Combine this with the chickpeas and sunflower seeds, then season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and some feta cheese if you wish!
- The salad is now ready to serve!
