Ham and Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
To make Ham and Cheese Omelette, you'll need:
- 4 free-range eggs
- 25g unsalted butter
- 50g vegetarian cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 slice ham, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
Method
- Place the eggs, cheese, and chopped ham together in a bowl, and whisk them together.
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan until it foams slightly.
- Then, pour in the egg mixture, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom of the omelette is solid.
- Over a high heat, cook the omelette for a further 30 seconds, or until it takes on a golden brown colour at the bottom.
- Fold the omelette in half, then remove the pan from the heat, and tilt it slightly to move the omelette to the edge of the pan.
- Slide the omelette onto a serving plan.
- Serve with a side of vine tomatoes and enjoy!
