To make Jicama Salad, you'll need:
  • 1 medium Jicama peeled sliced (Jicamas are similar to to big chestnuts)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 large Carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 2 cl Garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  • In a plastic or glass bowl mix all ingredients
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving
