To make Lemon Sorbet, you'll need:
  • 80g cream cheese 
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice 
  • 4 tsp. Stevia 
  • 200g whipped cream
  • 2 lemons, halved and the insides cut out

Method

  • Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice and sweetener together. 
  • Fold the cream in gently. 
  • Transfer the mixture to the halved lemons and freeze until firm. 
  • The dessert is now ready to relish!
