Ingredients
To make Milk Pudding, you'll need:
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. agar agar
- 220g double cream
- 250ml whole milk
- 25g Stevia
- 75g buttermilk
FOR THE SYRUP: - 75g Stevia
- 75ml boiling water
- Juice of a blood orange
- 4 drops of rose water
Method
- Put the milk and buttermilk into a lrge bowl.
- Then, grease 4 dariole moulds with the vegetable oil and pop on a tray.
- Place the double cream into a small pan on a low heat. Mix in the stevia until it dissolves totally.
- Then, turn the heat up and boil the cream for 2 minutes.
- Mix the agar agar into the cream mixture.
- Next, pour the cream mixture onto the milk and buttermilk and pour into the dariole moulds/
- Once the mixture has cooled down, place in the fridge to chill overnight.
FOR THE SYRUP: - Combine the Stevia, boiling water, juice of the blood orange and rose water i a bowl.
- Stir until the Stevia has totally dissolved.
- When you are turning out the milk puddings, pop a blunt knife around the edges of the moulds and turn out onto 4 plates.
