Ingredients
To make Mushrooms And Garlic In Yogurt, you'll need:
1 lb Button Mushrooms
1/2 oz Sunflower Margarine Salt Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic Crushed
1 pinch Freshly Grated Nutmeg
1 tbsp Fresh chopped Parsley
4 tbsp Fat-free Plain Yogurt
Method
Wipe the mushrooms clean with kitchen paper
Trim the stalks if necessary
Heat the margarine in a large frying pan
Add the mushrooms and cook gently for two to three minutes stirring occasionally
Add the salt and pepper garlic nutmeg and parsley and continue to cook for two to three minutes longer shaking the pan so that nothing sticks
Finally add the yogurt and cook gently for five minutes
Serve immediately
