To make Peach Crumble, you'll need:
  • 75g almond flour
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 75g Stevia
  • 100g soft pure vegetable margarine
  • 3 firm peaches
  • 50g flaked almonds

Method

  • Preheat the oven at Gas Mark 4 or 180°C.
  • To make the crumble, mix the almond flour, rolled oats and Stevia in a large bowl.
  • Throw in the vegetable margarine and rub the mixture with your fingertips until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs.
  • Peel and slice the peaches and place at the bottom of 6 ovenproof ramekin dishes.
  • Sprinkle the crumble on top of the peaches and scatter with the flaked almonds.
  • Pop into the oven and bake for 30 minutes until your crumble has gone golden brown.
  • Ideally eaten hot!
