To make Scary Strawberries, you'll need:
  • 16 strawberries
  • 100g dark chocolate, minimum 85% cacao
  • 50ml Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. orange food colouring
You will also need:
  • A cocktail stick

Method

  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a boiling pan of water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • Carefully dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture.
  • Place the strawberries in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  • Mix the orange food colouring with the yogurt.
  • Use a cocktail stick dipped in the orange yogurt mixture to carefully draw on your scary pumpkin faces.
