To make Strawberry Banana Yogurt Shake, you'll need:
  • 2 cup Cold skim milk
  • 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Sugar-Free Gelatin
  • 1 carton (8 oz) plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 cup Crushed ice
  • 1 large Banana cut into chunks

Method

  • Pour milk into blender container
  • Add remaining ingredients; cover
  • Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth
  • Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
