Ingredients
To make Sweet and Sour Tofu, you'll need:
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. ginger, minced
  • 450g extra-firm tofu, drained and diced
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 16 squares
  • 400g tinned pineapple chunks, with
  • 200ml juice set aside
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce or coconut aminos

Method

  • Put the sesame oil in a wok on medium heat.
  • Fry the garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in the tofu, red pepper, pineapple chunks and soy sauce/coconut aminos. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  • The dish is now ready to be served!
