To make Tangy Quorn Stir Fry, you'll need:
  • 400g Quorn pieces
  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • ½ tbsp. soy sauce/coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. tandoori masala powder
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

    Method

    • Marinate the Quorn in the tomato sauce, soy sauce/coconut aminos, agave nectar, chilli, tandoori masala powder and salt for an hour.
    • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and stir fry the Quorn for around 5-7 minutes until cooked.
    • Serve with boiled veggies or salad of your choice!
