Ingredients
To make Tomato Onion and Parsley Salad, you'll need:
200g baby vine tomatoes, halved
200g flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
2 medium red onions, finely sliced
60g sesame seeds
4 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of 3 lemons
1 tbsp. agave nectar
Method
Put the tomato halves in a bowl. Mix with the finely sliced onions.
Stir in the parsley and the sesame seeds.
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and agave nectar in a separate bowl.
Drizzle on the tomato and onion salad for a great tasting dressing and tuck in.
