To make Tomato Onion and Parsley Salad, you'll need:
  • 200g baby vine tomatoes, halved
  • 200g flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2 medium red onions, finely sliced
  • 60g sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar

Method

  • Put the tomato halves in a bowl. Mix with the finely sliced onions.
  • Stir in the parsley and the sesame seeds.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and agave nectar in a separate bowl.
  • Drizzle on the tomato and onion salad for a great tasting dressing and tuck in.
